A collection of patterns translated from paintings of the Tuscan style garden cultivated by the Italian American father of Eskayel Founder, Shanan Campanaro. Despite the Spanish colonial style that is so prevalent in new Southern California homes, Campanaro’s parents strived to create the feeling of a classic Italian villa and landscape. Amongst the cypress, palm and eucalyptus trees, the San Diego garden is strewn with terracotta pieces imported directly from Tuscany. The word Omaggio directly translates “to pay homage” and with this collection, Campanaro honors both her father’s Italian heritage and their combined love of landscape and nature.
Omaggio is offered in two patterns and two murals, available in three to five colorways each. The vibrant patterns reflect a Mediterranean landscape with a palate inspired by coastal living. Regalo Di Dio is a mural directly translating Campanaro’s painting of the garden, while Cortile is a lush composition of leaves and sky. Reflettere is a mural created from a painting of palms and cypress reflected in a still pool. Lastly, Palmeti is pattern reminiscent of palms blowing in the wind.
